In the event of the customer cancelling, the course fees shall be refunded as below.

Period of cancellation before the commencement of the course and the extent of the refund up to 14 days after purchase confirmed:

 

• Up to 14 days after your purchase has been confirmed and over 28 working days before course start date – Full Refund

• Up to 14 days after your purchase has been confirmed and between 21 and 28 working days before course start date 80%

• Up to 14 days after your purchase has been confirmed and between 15 and 20 working days before course start date 50%

• Up to 14 days after your purchase has been confirmed and between 7 and 14 working days before course start date 30%

• Up to 14 days after your purchase has been confirmed and between 7 working days before course start date- Nil

After 14 days after purchase confirmed we cannot offer a refund, but you can sell/transfer your place to a colleague or friend.   We may be able to transfer your place to another course, but this is at our discretion, it will depend on whether and when we plan to run the same course again.

If for any reason RONNI and Vocal Process Limited have to cancel the course, then the course fee shall be refunded in full and no further liability shall attach to RONNI or Vocal Process Limited in respect of such cancellation.

RONNI and Vocal Process Limited will use all reasonable efforts to provide the course on the agreed date. If for any reason RONNI and Vocal Process Limited need to change this due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, unavailability of course tutors due to illness, inclement weather, strikes, transport difficulties, then RONNI and Vocal Process Limited shall endeavour to re-arrange the course. The provision shall not prejudice the Customer’s right to cancel the booking and be refunded the fees in full and no further liability shall attach to RONNI or Vocal Process Limited in respect of such cancellation.

Liability

Any liability with RONNI & Vocal Process  in  relation  to  any  cancellation,  postponement  or  change  of  venue  shall  be  limited  to  the price  paid  by  you  for  the  event  and  we  shall  not  be  liable  under  any  circumstances  for  any  consequential  losses.
