Terms of Service & Payments

STUDIO DR BOOKINGS.  

Individual studio recording booking details will vary in length and fee and this will be agreed with the Studio DR team.   All bookings will require a booking form to be completed, and a deposit paid in advance to securing the booking.

DEPOSIT

Deposits will vary depending on the nature of the booking and you will be informed by the Studio DR team at Ronni what this will be.  

The deposit is non refundable should you cancel the booking but the payment will secure the hire of the Studio DR team, studio room hire or equipment as needed.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

The deposit is non refundable should you cancel the booking.   If in the unlikely unforseen circumstances we have to cancel a booking for any reasons.   We will contact you as soon as we possibly can and discuss another mutually convenient date and time accordingly. Your deposit would be carried over accordingly to your new booking date.

Please text or email ronni@ronni.co.uk when any online payments have been made so we can check for receipt of them.

REMAINING PAYMENT

In addition to the deposit, the remainder of the agreed session fee will be required to be paid in full in advance of the session(s) Payment can be made either online or paid in advance handed direct to Ronni Bailey before the party begins.  (Cash should be in a in a sealed & named envelope please and handed direct to Ronni Bailey)

STUDIO LOCATION

Rear of 60 Eastcott Hill, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 3JB

The Studio is a big white separate building at the back of the property.   There are various free 1 hour parking slots on near by streets to the studio and Pay & Display parking also available very close by at Morrisons and Regents Circus.  (Regent Circus Cinema Car Park is the cheapest)

The studio entrance has a big metal silver door which should be on the latch when you arrive for your studio session(s).   If you can not get in for any reason call Ronni Bailey 07899698762 or the contact number the of the Studio DR team member you have been given.  There is a small waiting area inside the studio where you can wait until Ronni or a member of the STUDIO DR Team is ready for you.  You will be greeted in this area as your session is due to commence unless we have informed you to come directly upstairs.     You can find a map here
